Effective community mobilization at Factory X265
Imbued with President Ho Chi Minh's teaching, "Skillful mass mobilization leads to success in everything," over the past period, Workshop X265, Department of Military Equipment, General Department of Logistics and Technical Services, has always considered mass mobilization work as a central task, closely linked to political, national defense and security tasks and building a strong unit.
Actively monitor the situation and firmly protect local security.
Workshop X265 is stationed in Dong Hieu commune, Nghe An province – an area with complex hilly terrain and a diverse population including Kinh people, ethnic minorities, and Catholic parishioners. This diversity is both a cultural characteristic and poses numerous challenges for mass mobilization work, understanding ideology, and disseminating information to the public.
Trước đặc điểm đó, cấp ủy, chỉ huy xưởng luôn chủ động lãnh đạo, chỉ đạo sát sao công tác dân vận, gắn chặt với nhiệm vụ bảo vệ an ninh chính trị nội bộ và bảo đảm an toàn tuyệt đối cho kho tàng, đơn vị. Xưởng duy trì hiệu quả hoạt động của các tổ dân vận, tổ bảo vệ, tổ tư vấn tâm lý-pháp lý và tổ tuyên truyền đặc biệt nhằm kịp thời nắm bắt tình hình, tư tưởng, dư luận và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh ngay từ cơ sở.
Xưởng X265 cũng tích cực phối hợp với cấp ủy, chính quyền và lực lượng công an xã trong xây dựng các phương án bảo vệ an ninh, phòng, chống âm mưu phá hoại, chia rẽ khối đoàn kết dân tộc, lợi dụng vấn đề tôn giáo để gây rối. Các phương án luyện tập, hiệp đồng phòng thủ, sẵn sàng chiến đấu được tổ chức thường xuyên, giúp đơn vị và địa phương giữ vững thế chủ động, không để xảy ra bị động, bất ngờ trong mọi tình huống.
Đặc biệt, thông qua quy chế phối hợp trong cụm liên kết an ninh khu vực giữa các đơn vị thuộc Tổng cục Hậu cần - Kỹ thuật và chính quyền địa phương, công tác đảm bảo an ninh, trật tự được triển khai đồng bộ, chặt chẽ, phát huy sức mạnh tổng hợp trong giữ gìn địa bàn an toàn, đơn vị vững mạnh.
Song song đó, công tác giáo dục chính trị, nâng cao nhận thức và tinh thần cảnh giác cách mạng cho cán bộ, chiến sĩ luôn được quan tâm. Xưởng nghiêm túc thực hiện các chủ trương, chính sách về công tác dân tộc, tôn giáo; tạo điều kiện để đồng bào dân tộc thiểu số và đồng bào có đạo sinh hoạt tín ngưỡng đúng quy định, sống "tốt đời, đẹp đạo", góp phần xây dựng môi trường an ninh bền vững từ cơ sở.
Gắn bó mật thiết với nhân dân, củng cố thế trận lòng dân
Bám sát phương châm “nghe dân nói, nói dân hiểu, làm dân tin”, công tác dân vận của Xưởng X265 luôn hướng tới xây dựng mối quan hệ đoàn kết quân - dân, thực chất và bền chặt. Các hoạt động được tổ chức linh hoạt, hiệu quả, hướng đến hỗ trợ đời sống người dân, đặc biệt là gia đình chính sách, người có hoàn cảnh khó khăn.
Ngay từ đầu năm 2025, đơn vị đã trao tặng quà Tết cho 43 tập thể, cá nhân có quan hệ phối hợp, với tổng kinh phí 21,5 triệu đồng; tặng 7 suất quà trị giá 3,5 triệu đồng cho các gia đình chính sách tại xã Nghĩa Thuận; thăm hỏi, chúc thọ người cao tuổi; tri ân các Anh hùng liệt sĩ bằng hoạt động viếng nghĩa trang, thăm di tích lịch sử trên địa bàn.
The workshop also actively participates in and contributes to social funds such as: "Gratitude and Repayment" (63.9 million VND), "Child Protection" (4.9 million VND), and support for the Cuban people (35.6 million VND); along with supporting the Association of the Elderly, the Association of Victims of Agent Orange, and the "Warm Spring of Human Kindness" program with a total budget of nearly 7 million VND.
On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs, the workshop organized a ceremony to offer incense, visit the cemetery, and present gifts of gratitude to policy beneficiary families and relatives of martyrs inside and outside the unit (3.5 million VND). At the same time, the workshop donated 4 bicycles worth 5.3 million VND to underprivileged students and congratulated schools on the opening of the new school year 2025-2026 with gifts worth 6 million VND.
These activities not only have material value but also profoundly demonstrate the political responsibility, sharing spirit, and close bond of the officers and soldiers of Workshop X265 with the people. Through this, they contribute to fostering trust and strengthening the people's support – a solid foundation for the stability of the area and the sustainable development of the unit.
Colonel Le Duy Anh, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of Workshop X265, affirmed: "People relations work is not only a key task but also an art of building and maintaining strong relationships between the unit and the people. We always consider building a strong foundation of people's support as an important basis for maintaining political security, ensuring the safety of warehouses, and successfully completing all tasks."
In the coming period, the workshop will continue to innovate the content and methods of mass mobilization activities in a practical, creative, and relevant manner to the local reality; promote the role of mass organizations and mass mobilization task forces; and strengthen coordination with local Party committees, authorities, and mass organizations. Through this, it will contribute to consolidating the national defense posture, building a solid defense zone, ensuring absolute safety for the unit, and successfully completing all assigned tasks.”
