Wanted still carrying 3 guns for drug trafficking

Three days ago, Luong was driving a pickup truck with a Hanoi license plate transporting drugs through Ha Tan commune (Ha Trung district) when he was urgently arrested by Thanh Hoa Provincial Police in coordination with Ha Trung District Police.
Searching the car, police discovered 150 synthetic drug pills, 2 packages of crystal meth, 4 cell phones; 3 guns (1 K54, 1 K59 loaded, and 1 pellet gun) and 20 bullets.

Thanh Hoa Provincial Police identified Luong as the man wanted by Lao Cai Police for trafficking 10 heroin cakes.
