(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 23, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee held a conference of specialized reporters for the first quarter of 2021 to disseminate and inform about many important contents.

At the conference, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc, Party Secretary Nguyen Nam Dinh disseminated the Resolution of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc on strengthening the Party's leadership over administrative reform in provincial-level agencies.
Accordingly, this is the first content in the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress of the Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025, disseminated to the Party cell for implementation. The Resolution was carefully prepared, through many consultations; built in a concise, easy-to-understand, easy-to-implement manner; approached according to the principle that Party committees and organizations at all levels lead the implementation of assigned tasks, with a focus on administrative reform.

The Resolution sets out 4 goals, 3 targets, 3 groups of tasks and solutions, aiming at the following goals: Party committees and organizations at all levels resolutely, comprehensively and synchronously lead administrative reforms; build a democratic, modern, professional, disciplined, open and transparent administration; create breakthroughs in the performance of public duties, and the performance of assigned duties and tasks; build a synchronous, streamlined, effective and efficient agency apparatus; build a contingent of party members, cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers with political qualities, professional qualifications, skills, working capacity, aspirations, sense of responsibility, professionalism, prestige and dedication to serving the people and organizations.

The leaders of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies also informed the delegates of the results of one year of implementing regulations on exemplary responsibility in provincial agencies.
Implementing the regulations on setting examples of the Central and the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee issued Plan No. 165-KH/DUK, dated October 31, 2019, specifying the implementation of the responsibility of setting examples in provincial-level Party Committees and selected 8 Party Committees as pilot units; adding the assessment of the results of setting examples to the annual self-assessment form, especially for leaders, so that the annual review and assessment of the quality of Party members is carried out seriously and more clearly.
The Party grassroots organizations have 68 Party cells, collectives, and 349 individuals registered as typical examples, of which 41 registered to build models. Some Party grassroots organizations registered suitable models, close to the assigned functions and tasks such as the Party Committees of the State Treasury, the Department of Finance, the North Central Institute of Agricultural Science and Technology, the State Bank branch in Nghe An province, the State Reserve Department in Nghe Tinh region, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; the Party Cell of the Cooperative Alliance...
From those results, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc advocated the mass implementation of this content throughout the Party Committee and determined the theme for 2021 as "Promoting the responsibility of setting an example for leaders of grassroots Party organizations, specialized agencies and socio-political organizations in provincial-level agencies".

On this occasion, delegates were also trained and updated with new knowledge through the topic "Thinking, action and standards for officials in the 4.0 industrial era" presented by Dr. Le Doan Hop - former member of the Party Central Committee, former Minister of Information and Communications, former Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.
The topic emphasizes the rapid, miraculous, and spectacular development of science and technology in today's era, requiring cadres to have intelligence, be willing to research, study, and equip themselves with knowledge, skills, and foreign languages to be confident in the context of integration and master the situation in the 4.0 era.
