Nghe An Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee deploys the topic of Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in 2024
(Baonghean.vn) - The conference to disseminate and deploy the 2024 theme on Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle of the Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial Business Bloc attracted more than 4,500 cadres, party members and workers to participate.
More than 4,500 cadres and party members were indoctrinated
On the morning of May 18, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Business Bloc of Nghe An province held a conference to disseminate and deploy the 2024 theme on Studying and following the ideology, morality and lifestyle of Ho Chi Minh and introducing the content of the works and articles of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong to cadres, party members and workers in the entire Party Committee of the Bloc.
The conference was organized in two forms, in person and online, to 83 locations with more than 4,500 cadres, party members, and workers of grassroots party organizations under the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee.
Attending the conference directly at the central bridge point were comrade Phan Thi Hoan - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee; Standing comrades, Standing Committee, Executive Committee of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee and cadres, party members, and employees of a number of affiliated Party organizations.
The conference listened to Dr., main lecturer Nguyen Thi Thanh Dung - Institute of Political Science, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, deliver the 2024 topic on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on "Practicing democracy and strengthening the rule of law, ensuring social discipline".
It focuses on clearly stating the revolutionary process and President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on the revolutionary path, revolutionary methods and revolutionary forces.
Especially the democratic ideology and democratic practice style of President Ho Chi Minh; people are the masters, people are the masters and for the first time people exercised their democratic rights when they participated in voting to elect the National Assembly of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam on January 6, 1946.
President Ho Chi Minh's ideology of "taking the people as the root" is to respect, love, trust the people, enhance the people's role as masters of the country; rely on the people to make revolution, rely on the people to build the Party.
President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on democracy are expressed in all activities and fields; in which, in terms of Party building, the Party must be built to be ethical, civilized, representing the will and aspirations of the people; the role and mission of the Party is to build a nation of independence, to improve and enhance the lives of the people.
To carry out that mission, the Party must implement the principles of democratic centralism, collective leadership and individual responsibility; implement the principles of Party activities, promote criticism and self-criticism within the Party; and focus on Party building in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization and cadres.
The ethical ideology of a revolutionary cadre is loyalty to the Party, filial piety to the people, diligence, thrift, integrity, impartiality. In the process of national development, promoting the people's democratic rights; democracy must be associated with strengthening the rule of law and legal discipline.
Applying Ho Chi Minh's thought, each Party organization and enterprise in the Nghe An Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee needs to strictly comply with the Constitution, laws and policies of the Party and State; activities need to ensure harmony of interests between enterprises and the country, homeland, social community and harmony of interests between business owners and employees.
Production and business activities must create good products and services for consumers, taking people as the target of service and enjoyment; paying attention to ensuring the working environment and rights of workers.
Party organizations and enterprises need to stimulate the capacity, creativity and improve the productivity of cadres and workers. Each cadre, party member and worker also needs to have the consciousness to strive, participate and contribute to the development of a clean and strong Party organization and sustainable business development.
Dr. Nguyen Thi Thanh Dung also disseminated some of the main contents of the article "Proud and confident under the glorious flag of the Party, determined to build an increasingly rich, civilized, cultured and heroic Vietnam", and the work "Building and developing a comprehensive and modern Vietnamese foreign affairs and diplomacy imbued with the identity of "Vietnamese Bamboo" by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.
Continue to thoroughly study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology
At the end of the conference, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee, comrade Ngo Dinh Vien - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee spoke and requested Party committees at all levels to continue to thoroughly grasp the 2024 thematic study on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in order to continue promoting democracy, solidarity and cohesion in each Party organization and enterprise. Accordingly, each cadre, party member and employee must always comply with the internal rules and regulations of the unit, strictly implement the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee also requested grassroots Party organizations to carry out political and ideological activities on the works and articles of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong to create a deep awareness among cadres, party members and workers about the glorious history of the Party and the foreign policy of President Ho Chi Minh and the Party's foreign policy; contributing to spreading and strengthening the belief, solidarity and consensus among cadres, party members and workers towards the Party's leadership policies and guidelines, and the State's policies and laws.
Each cadre, party member, and employee in enterprises must strive in work, be creative, and best complete their tasks, for their own goals, contribute to the development of the enterprise, and also contribute to the successful implementation of Resolution 39 of the Politburo on the development of Nghe An province in the new period, and the resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term.
