The Party Committee of the Department of Health has 15 branches with 248 party members. In 2014, the Party Committee successfully led the implementation and completion of its assigned political tasks.; advising on the implementation of programs and projects in accordance with Resolution 26-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the sector's field; focusing on leading disease prevention and control efforts, preventing large-scale and dangerous outbreaks throughout the province, proactively suppressing measles outbreaks, and preventing their spread; diversifying communication methods regarding the task of protecting and caring for people's health, especially the sense of responsibility and work attitude of health sector officials; directing the effective implementation of population policy and family planning; strengthening communication on food hygiene and safety through mass media; effectively implementing HIV/AIDS prevention projects; improving the quality of medical examination and treatment, enhancing the spirit and attitude of serving patients, applying modern equipment, continuing administrative reforms, and reducing administrative procedures in medical examination and treatment...

The unit has effectively implemented the task of assisting Yen Tinh commune, Tuong Duong district, as assigned by the Provincial People's Committee. To date, it has raised and supported 782,363,200 VND (including the construction and repair of 2 houses worth 100 million VND in 2014, giving savings accounts to 10 families, each with 5 million VND, and donating breeding cows to 1 household, totaling 300 million VND, etc.).

The conference also outlined the tasks for 2015 and proposed solutions for their implementation.

The conference awarded certificates of merit to 4 Party branches that achieved the title of "Exemplary Clean and Strong" in 2014; 8 Party members who excellently completed their tasks in 2014; and also awarded a certificate of merit to Comrade Hoang Thi.Lan, an officer at the Population and Family Planning Sub-Department, won third prize in the competition to learn about the 60-year history of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc, launched by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc.
