Among the people visiting Lenin's memorial, a young member of the Russian Communist Youth League expressed his belief in Lenin's socialist ideals.
On the morning of November 6th, in Moscow, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation solemnly held a wreath-laying ceremony and paid respects at Lenin's mausoleum, the great leader of the Russian October Revolution, on the occasion of the 97th anniversary of the successful revolution (November 7th, 1917).
Among the procession of flags and flowers adorning Red Square, with familiar faces such as the Chairman of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Gennady Zyuganov, the Deputy Chairman of the Party, Ivan Mennikov, and many other comrades, alongside veteran party members who have remained loyal to the communist ideal throughout their lives, there were also many young party members, students, and young people who are still active in the Communist Youth League.

The wreaths with inscriptions on red silk ribbons, the banners, and the many red flags and carnations placed in front of Lenin's Mausoleum by the Communists serve as an affirmation of solidarity, the enduring strength and steadfastness of the will and spirit of the great October Revolution in today's life.
After laying flowers and paying respects at Lenin's mausoleum, Gennady Zyuganov, Chairman of the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, addressed a large audience of Russian and foreign journalists, affirming: “I want you to pay attention to Lenin’s statement that every revolution has a meaning that we must protect, and all powerful nations that want to ensure security and safety must have a strong military, a developed industrial and agricultural economy, and, importantly, a unity of the entire people, a solidarity built on the basis of justice and friendship among all the peoples living on this national territory.”
Marina, a member of the Lenin Communist Youth League, proudly raised a red flag and spoke about the feelings of her generation regarding the significant meaning of the October Revolution: “The great October Revolution is a symbol of the struggle of the Soviet people for the whole world. And Lenin proved that socialism is achievable; a socialist country will never be inferior in any aspect such as industry, education, healthcare… Therefore, October Revolution Day is a great celebration for us, and we still believe, hope, and will do everything to ensure that October Day, the Socialist Revolution, will forever endure.”
In conjunction with this event, today and tomorrow, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation is organizing a variety of activities nationwide, and tomorrow evening, a traditional march will be held along the road leading to the city center, followed by a large rally at the Karl Marx monument near Red Square in Moscow.
