The Party Committee of the Nghe An Border Guard Command is implementing Resolution No. 10 of the Central Committee.

(Baonghean.vn) - On April 9th, the Party Committee of the Nghe An Border Guard Command held a conference to study, understand, and implement the Resolution of the 10th Central Committee Conference (11th term); and to implement the 2015 thematic topic: "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh on honesty, responsibility; close ties with the people; and unity in building a clean and strong Party."

Participating in the study and research were members of the Provincial Border Guard Party Committee; Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of grassroots Party branches and committees; and officers, Party members, soldiers, and employees of the Command Headquarters.

Overview of the conference.

At the conference, cadres, Party members, soldiers, and workers were briefed on the core contents of important documents adopted by the 10th Central Committee Conference, such as: the Political Report; the socio-economic report; the report summarizing the implementation of the Party Charter; the report summarizing 30 years of reform; the report reviewing the leadership and direction of the Politburo and the Secretariat in 2014; the plan for streamlining personnel and restructuring the contingent of cadres, civil servants, and public employees; the plan for planning the development and management of the press; the Central Committee's vote of confidence for members of the Politburo and the Secretariat; the continued development of strategic-level cadre planning; and were briefed on the thematic study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's moral example on "Honesty, responsibility; close ties with the people; unity, building a clean and strong Party."

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Viet Ha, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard Command, requested that cadres and Party members, especially the Party committees and commanders at all levels, clearly understand the significance and importance of the resolution, grasp the viewpoints, objectives, tasks, and main solutions outlined in the resolution; create high unity in awareness and action; and enhance the sense of responsibility of cadres, soldiers, and employees in performing their duties at their agencies and units. He also urged continued efforts to improve awareness and effectively implement Directive 03-CT/TW of the Politburo (11th term); concretize the contents to suit the situation and tasks of 2015; contribute to the successful implementation of the Party's 11th Congress Resolution, and at the same time, organize Party congresses at all levels effectively.
