On the morning of May 21, the Nghe An Border Guard Party Committee held a conference to review and honor typical examples of 5 years of implementing the Campaign "Promoting tradition, dedicating talent, worthy of being Uncle Ho's soldiers" associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle (2014 - 2019).

Colonel Tran Hai Binh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Border Guard; Colonel Le Nhu Cuong - Party Committee Secretary, Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard attended and awarded awards to outstanding examples.
