The Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc guides the summary of party building work in 2024
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies has just issued Instruction No. 12-HD/DUK on summarizing Party building work in 2024 for grassroots Party committees to use as a basis for summarizing, evaluating, and classifying Party organizations and Party members to ensure requirements and regulations.
In the Guidelines, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc requires that the evaluation and classification work must be substantive, pointing out good models and practices; limitations and shortcomings in leading the implementation of political tasks, implementing Party building work, building agencies and organizations, thereby building a work program for 2025 that is close to the situation and tasks of each agency and unit in the direction of innovation, creativity and efficiency.
At the same time, it is necessary to promote the spirit of self-criticism and criticism, self-examination, self-correction, see the advantages to promote, limitations and shortcomings to overcome; proactively detect and prevent signs of degradation, "self-evolution", "self-transformation", corruption, waste, negativity, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations, cadres, Party members, and building a clean and strong Party.
Through the assessment and summary classification, Party committees at all levels must direct the development and serious implementation of plans to overcome limitations, weaknesses, and shortcomings after the review. The level of overcoming shortcomings of the previous year is used to evaluate the implementation results of the following year.
With a sense of urgency, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc requires the review of collectives and individuals, evaluation, classification and summary of activities of Party cells and Party committees of units directly under the grassroots Party Committee to be completed before November 15, 2024; at the grassroots Party cell level, mass organizations at the same level to be completed before November 25, 2024; at the grassroots Party committee level to be completed before December 3, 2024.
