On the afternoon of July 3, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies held a conference to review Party building work in the first 6 months of 2020; review grassroots congresses for the 2020-2025 term; review inspection and supervision work for the 2020-2025 term and commend outstanding collectives and individuals in implementing Directive 05 of the Politburo on Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

Perform political tasks well

In the first 6 months of 2020, under many difficult conditions, due to the complicated developments of the Covid-19 pandemic, unusual weather, greatly affecting economic and social development; within the Party Committee, there were changes in the staff and restructuring of the organizational apparatus... With the spirit of solidarity, unity, determination to innovate and create, the Party Committee of the Bloc focused on leading and directing the effective and quality implementation of the contents according to the set plan, contributing to the completion of the targets and tasks of the Resolution of the Congresses at all levels for the 2015 - 2020 term.

Accordingly, in the first 6 months of the year, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc continued to do well in propaganda and political and ideological education, promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, and implement the grassroots democracy regulations. Direct the branches and Party committees in the Bloc to well perform the political tasks of the agencies and units. Focus on doing well the work of Party building and Party members; inspection and supervision work; leading the organizations to operate according to their functions and regulations.

Within 6 months, 88 new party members were admitted and 95 probationary party members were officially transferred to the Party. Timely considered, proposed and awarded Party badges to party members in the Party Committee of the Bloc.

In leading and directing the congresses of grassroots party cells for the 2020-2025 term, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc has thoroughly grasped and deployed the guiding documents on the congresses to affiliated party organizations, cadres and party members. The preparation and organization of the congresses were carried out seriously, promoting the responsibility of grassroots party committees.

In the first 6 months of the year, the Party Committees at both levels have done a good job of inspection and supervision to serve the Party Congresses and grassroots Party cells; the personnel work to serve the Party Congresses at the grassroots and sub-grassroots levels has ensured the process, quantity and quality.

By May 29, 63/63 grassroots party organizations had successfully organized the Congress for the 2020-2025 term. To date, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc has completed the approval of the election results of the grassroots congresses.

The Party Committee of the Bloc organized well the activities of "Tet for the poor"; gratitude... mobilized the construction of more than 120 solidarity houses, supported over 8.7 billion VND for the Tet for the poor program, mobilized 3.7 billion VND to support the prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Besides, maintain and replicate good models and good practices in helping poor communes in Western Nghe An and Project 01-DA/TU of the Provincial Party Committee on Building Party cells and developing Party members in blocks and hamlets...

At the conference, delegates focused on assessing the achievements as well as the difficulties, limitations and shortcomings in the implementation of Party building tasks in the first 6 months of the year, the inspection and supervision work for the 2015-2020 term and the results of directing Party Congresses at all levels, and at the same time proposed solutions for the coming time.

Bringing Resolutions to Life

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee Nguyen Nam Dinh acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of the Party Committees and affiliated Party Cells in the past time.

Deploying tasks for the last 6 months of 2020, Secretary of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee Nguyen Nam Dinh requested that Party committees and grassroots Party cells strengthen propaganda work and organize well the activities to welcome the 20th Provincial Agencies Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025, expected to take place in 1.5 days from July 22 - 23, 2020.

Emphasizing that, up to now, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc has issued a Decision approving the election results of the Congress of 63/63 Party organizations, comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh requested that Party committees at all levels pay attention to the assignment of tasks, promptly issue Working Regulations, develop action programs and work programs for the term, stabilize the organization and arrange implementation content so that the Congress Resolution can truly come into life.

Based on the 2020 work program and the 2020-2025 term program, the grassroots Party Committee continues to focus on implementing and completing the assigned tasks. The Party Committee of the Bloc sets the goal for the affiliated Party Committees and Party cells to develop an action program to implement the Resolution of the Bloc Party Congress in 2020.

At the same time, focus on leading the implementation of political tasks to improve the effectiveness of state management; focus on drastic administrative reform, focusing on administrative procedure reform; deploy information technology applications in the activities of agencies in the political system.

Fulfill the responsibility of setting an example to promote the role of party members and improve the quality of party member management.
