In the first six months of 2016, the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has closely followed the content of the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to direct the Party Cells to improve the quality of consulting, management, and operation, and to perform well the function of state management. The Party Committee focused on leading the implementation of Plan No. 84-KH/UBND of the Provincial People's Committee on reviewing, evaluating administrative procedures and simplifying key administrative procedures in 2017 in the province.

The Party Committee of the Bloc has done a good job in education, political ideology, promptly grasped information, promoted propaganda work, especially propaganda about the success of the 12th National Party Congress; the election of deputies to the 14th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels and propaganda for the implementation of political tasks and socio-economic development of the province.

At the same time, do a good job of orienting and propagating about complicated incidents and issues that arise. Timely organize the study, dissemination and development of an action program to implement the Resolution of the 12th National Congress of the Party; disseminate Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle throughout the Party.

The work of political theory training and development of new party members has been given attention and focus in both quantity and quality. One new party member training class was opened for 89 comrades and two Party awareness training classes were held for 144 comrades; 105 comrades were considered for receiving primary political qualification certificates. The Party Committee has admitted 96 outstanding people into the Party.

In addition, the work of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline was carried out effectively. In the first 6 months of the year, the Party Committee inspected 85 Party organizations and 218 Party members, and supervised 67 Party organizations and 197 Party members. The Party Committee Inspection Committee of the Bloc and the grassroots Party Committee inspected signs of violations against 3 Party members and 1 Party organization.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc suggested: In the coming time, units need to continue to improve the quality and effectiveness of leadership of Party committees at all levels, lead cadres and civil servants to closely follow political tasks, actively advise, direct, and propose appropriate and drastic solutions to complete the targets and plans for 2017.

Continue to effectively and practically implement Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (12th tenure) in conjunction with Directive 05 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Implement the Resolution of the Central Committee 5 (term XII).
