The Party Committee of Nghe An Province's CCQ Bloc trains 500 cadres in Party work as a source for grassroots Party committees
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 22, the Party Committee of the Agencies Bloc of Nghe An province organized a training course on planning for grassroots Party committees for the 2020-2025 term. Attending and directing the class was comrade Hoang Van Nhien - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc.
During one day, 500 cadres planned for the grassroots Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Public Security Agencies will be trained by reporters who are comrades in the Standing Committee, Standing Committee, and Heads of the Committees of the Provincial Party Committee of Public Security Agencies on topics such as: The Party's political and ideological work in the current period; functions and tasks of types of grassroots Party organizations; positions, roles, and tasks of grassroots Party Committees and secretaries.
These are very important contents to help comrades participating in the grassroots Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to approach, cultivate and practice; contribute to improving political capacity, leadership and management thinking; improve leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations in provincial agencies and units.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the Training Course on planning for grassroots Party committees for the 2020-2025 term, comrade Hoang Van Nhien - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Nghe An Province's CCQ Bloc suggested that the reporters, with their knowledge and work experience, focus on selecting the most important and practical contents to convey, equip and apply leadership and management skills, build thinking and vision in performing the duties and responsibilities of Party committee members and grassroots Party committees.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Nghe An Province's CCQ Bloc also asked the trainees to promote their roles and responsibilities, with a spirit of self-awareness, set an example of full participation, and contribute to the success of the class.
Training and updating knowledge for cadres at all levels in general, and cadres planning for Party committees in particular, is an important issue in building cadres at all levels in the Party's cadre work. The organization of the training course is a concrete step to implement Plan No. 142-KH/TU dated December 27, 2022 of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on the plan to train and foster cadres, civil servants and public employees of Nghe An province in 2023 and the Working Program of the Party Executive Committee.
