Nghe An Business Bloc Party Committee inspects and tests civil servants

There were 13 officials and civil servants of the Party Committee of the Block participating in the exam, including: Executive Committee member, Deputy Head of the Board, officials and civil servants working at the Party Committee of the Block. Officials and civil servants were tested and evaluated through 3 parts, including:

Part 1: General knowledge test in the form of multiple choice paper test.

Part 2: Solve a situation or incident related to professional activities.

Part 3: Write an outline to defend a project, program plan..., suitable for the job position.

Through inspection and assessment, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Block highly appreciated the serious preparation and responsibility of the agency's staff, demonstrating their qualifications according to the job position of each title; and their ability to handle arising situations.

At the same time, the test and assessment reflects the ability to coordinate in handling work, teamwork skills, and IT practice skills. For the outlines, projects, plans, and programs of the cadres and civil servants presented at the competition with good quality, they will be supplemented and completed to be included in the content of the periodic thematic activities, of which 3 projects will be selected to develop and build into resolutions of theExecutive Committee of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee, Term VI, term 2020 - 2025.
