Provincial Military Party Committee: Opening Ceremony of the First Party Member Training Course of 2015

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of July 6th, at Regiment 764, the Provincial Military Party Committee organized a theoretical training course for prospective Party members in 2015.

Attending the opening ceremony were Comrade Bui Dinh Sam - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Colonel Luong Hong Phong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; and representatives from Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee.

The training course was attended by 58 outstanding individuals from grassroots units. Over five days (July 6-10, 2015), the trainees were instructed on the following topics: An overview of the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam; the national platform during the transitional period to socialism (supplemented and developed in 2011); the basic content of the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam; studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh; and striving to become a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam. In addition, the trainees visited the Museum of Military Region IV, the traditional room of the Provincial Military Command, and the Quang Trung Temple.

The representative of the Provincial Military Party Committee delivered the opening remarks and announced the decision and content of the training course.

These are very meaningful events, providing an opportunity for outstanding individuals within the armed forces to demonstrate their efforts, dedication, training, and achievements, thereby enhancing the glorious tradition of the heroic Nghe An Armed Forces.

Colonel Luong Hong Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, delivered a speech assigning tasks to the class.

Speaking at the class assignment ceremony, Colonel Luong Hong Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, emphasized: Party development work has always been a priority for the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee, ensuring the timely recruitment of young party members, strengthening leadership in agencies and units, and making a significant contribution to supplementing the cadre pool for grassroots units in remote areas, units performing important tasks, and key strategic locations.

Lieutenant Colonel Trinh Quoc Tuan delivered a presentation on the topic of an overview of the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Colonel Luong Hong Phong requested that, based on studying and absorbing the topics of the course, the trainees should build a correct motivation for joining the Party, actively study and cultivate revolutionary moral qualities, and train themselves to become members of the Communist Party of Vietnam; making an important contribution to supplementing outstanding Party members for grassroots Party committees and branches to lead and direct the building of strong and comprehensive Party committees and branches, in conjunction with building strong and comprehensive agencies and units, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
