The Provincial Military Party Committee summarizes 12 years of implementing Resolution 124 of the Central Military Commission Standing Committee

In recent years, the Party Committee, the Provincial Military Command, Party committees and commanders at all levels have thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented documents from higher levels on innovating political education work, raising awareness and responsibility for cadres and soldiers; organized research, grasped, studied and effectively, seriously and qualitatively implemented the Central Committee's directives and conclusions on Party building and rectification, associated with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. The teaching staff is regularly improved and trained in methods and skills through forms such as training, teaching conferences, competitions, sports competitions, etc.

Focus on leading and directing innovation in educational content and forms, focusing on innovation in building educational plans and programs that are close to each subject and task; ensure comprehensive educational content, concise, easy-to-understand and easy-to-remember lecture structures, focusing on equipping officers and soldiers with basic knowledge of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought, viewpoints, guidelines, policies of the Party and State; the situation and tasks of the Army, Military Region, Provincial Military Command and units.

Every year, in addition to the program content determined in the Military Region's plan, the Provincial Military Command has directed the compilation of topics that are close to the unit's tasks and situations. Over the past 12 years, the Provincial Military Command has compiled more than 26 topics; the Provincial Military Commands of districts, cities and towns have compiled more than 1,164 topics. At the same time, it focuses on directing and implementing many synchronous policies and solutions, focusing on training and fostering political teaching staff at all levels. Over the past 12 years (2011-2023), the Provincial Military Command has organized 11 training sessions for more than 560 grassroots cadres in the early-year cadre training. The Military Commands of districts, towns and cities and Regiment 764 annually organize training for thousands of cadres. Organize sports and political teaching competitions according to Regulation No. 438/QD-CT dated March 21, 2016 of the General Department of Politics.

In addition, regularly develop plans and organize the implementation of the Political and Spiritual Culture Day closely, seriously, and with good quality; periodically, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the commander of the Provincial Military Command assign leaders, commanders and agencies to attend the Political and Spiritual Culture Day activities, and democratic dialogue activities with officers and soldiers. Thereby, promptly grasp and resolve arising problems, overcome shortcomings and shortcomings in the process of performing tasks; create solidarity and unity in the entire provincial military.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Military Party Committee - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, highly appreciated the results of educational work in the past time of the Provincial Armed Forces. At the same time, he requested: In the coming time, Party committees and commanders at all levels need to continue to pay attention to leading and directing political education work; promote the role of cadres, especially cadres in charge of units. Focus on training and improving skills and pedagogical expertise for political cadres; pay attention to investing in funds, equipping facilities, means and machinery for political education work. Military agencies at all levels closely coordinate with youth organizations, women's associations, and local propaganda agencies to organize propaganda activities and disseminate local military and national defense knowledge to the people and militia and self-defense forces.
