This is a great determination of the Party, State and all levels to increase Vietnam's GDP by 8% in 2025 and double-digit growth in the following years, realizing the goal of becoming an upper middle-income country by 2030 and a high-income country by 2045.
At the conference, Mr. Hoang Nam Tien - Vice Chairman of the University Council, FPT University directly conveyed the content "Leader in the AI era".

According to Mr. Hoang Nam Tien, in the era of technology 4.0, artificial intelligence (AI) plays an increasingly important role in many different fields, from manufacturing to public services and public administration. AI also supports the improvement of labor processes, helping to increase productivity and work efficiency.
Digital transformation is not just a digitalization process, but also a breakthrough in production and social management. Digital transformation is a transformation of the way of working, coordinating, and serving people, customers, and businesses. At this point, digitalization becomes a tool, a "weapon" to promote change.

The application of AI technology in the public sector and state management brings many benefits. These include: digitizing records helps to solve a large volume of procedures, increase labor productivity, save time and costs for both people and businesses.
Mr. Hoang Nam Tien emphasized that digital transformation must start from the will of the leader. To develop science and technology, leaders first need to change their thinking, awareness, and way of working. They must be technology pioneers, understand technology, and apply technology in their work.

Leaders in the AI era need to learn to look ahead, collect and apply knowledge, discard outdated information, and keep updating everything.
Leaders must have integrated thinking, predictive thinking, leading thinking, coaching, adaptive thinking, combining data to make decisions, daring to step out of the comfort zone to change, must act, develop, share to shine.

According to Mr. Hoang Nam Tien, the most important thing is that the leader must truly desire to carry out the digital transformation revolution to serve the people, ensure government transparency, and support businesses to develop smoothly.
Every cadre, civil servant, and public employee must master technology and use AI as an extension of each person's intelligence.

To successfully transform digitally, Mr. Hoang Nam Tien believes that leaders must have intelligence, vision, strategic thinking, learning capacity, and the ability to apply lessons from success and failure to choose the right direction, tools, and people to achieve the goal of digital transformation. This requires leaders to learn throughout their lives and personally participate in the implementation process.
At the conference, Mr. Hoang Nam Tien - Vice Chairman of the University Council, FPT University also gave advice on implementing AI applications in public administration and governance in Nghe An province.

Mr. Hoang Nam Tien said that the first thing the province needs to set a goal for the next 2 years is to provide 100% of online public services at level 4, thereby ensuring 95% of users are satisfied and saving 2% of GRDP for the province. In particular, AI will support people in submitting documents, automatically classify and transfer for processing, appraisal, monitoring progress and timely notification.
Propose a model for implementing and improving processes through building a user-friendly "one-stop shop" with a user-centric approach, simple interface, multi-channel support; digitizing 100% of internal processes and applying AI step by step, with a roadmap.

Every civil servant and citizen needs a virtual assistant to answer questions immediately. The virtual assistant will help people answer administrative procedures, guide them on how to use online public services, look up...
Support civil servants and public employees to handle work more effectively, help quickly look up documents and knowledge about legal regulations, support drafting and managing work. AI will support leaders in operating and supervising administrative and social activities.
