(Baonghean.vn) - Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee said the above at the conference to summarize 2016 and deploy tasks for 2017 of the Party Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc on the morning of December 30.

Attending the conference were representatives of the leaders of the Departments: Organization, Propaganda, Mass Mobilization of the Provincial Party Committee and the Party Committees of 59 affiliated grassroots party organizations.

Reporting on the 2016 results, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee Nguyen Quang Tung said that the Party building work of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee in 2016 had made positive progress.

Accordingly, the capacity of grassroots party organizations in leading the implementation of political tasks has changed a lot; the content of leadership in implementing political tasks has focus, key points, concentrating on big, new issues.

Along with that, the sense of responsibility of party members and cadres in performing their duties has been improved; political and ideological work has been innovated and deepened; political theory training for cadres and party members has been promoted. Social security activities have been responded to and cared for; the quality of Party committees has been improved.

In particular, the quality and order of Party cell activities continued to be consolidated, with many good examples and models. The average rate of Party cell activities reached 12.05 sessions/year; the rate of specialized activities of Party cells during the year reached 61%; the rate of Party members participating in Party cell activities reached an average of 96.78%.

During the year, party membership increased rapidly, with the entire Party admitting 252 outstanding people into the Party, an increase of 38 comrades compared to 2015; considering the official transfer of 246 probationary party members to the Party, an increase of 44 comrades compared to the same period in 2015; inspection and supervision work was focused on, with practical effects.

As a result, in 2016, 32/56 grassroots party organizations were "Clean and Strong", including 7 "Outstandingly Clean and Strong" grassroots party organizations and 24/56 "Well-Completed Tasks" grassroots party organizations; there were 3 newly established grassroots party organizations that have not yet been classified.

At the conference, representatives of a number of Party Committees under the Party Committee presented papers on improving the quality of Party cell activities, Party inspection work, etc.

In 2017, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc proposed the theme: "Well implementing the Resolution of the 4th Conference of the 12th Central Executive Committee on strengthening Party building and rectification; leading the strengthening of discipline and administrative discipline in agencies and units".

Regarding the 2017 tasks, Secretary of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee Nguyen Thi Thu Huong requested that the grassroots party organizations under her management concretize the 6 activities that the entire Party Committee focuses on implementing.

Emphasizing the study, understanding and implementation of the Central Resolution 4 (12th term) in 2017 and the following years, the Party Secretary of the Bloc noted that grassroots party organizations must focus on implementing according to the plan, including organizing collective and individual reviews; developing plans to overcome and correct. "Party members signed a commitment not to violate 27 manifestations of degradation, "self-evolution", "self-transformation", comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong emphasized.

The Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc frankly pointed out the limitations and shortcomings that still exist in some grassroots party organizations such as: not paying attention to grasping and resolving the ideological situation of party members; party cell activities are not enough, the content is poor, there are very few speeches from party members in the activities, in some cases there are no speeches, there are party cell members who are absent from 2-3 activities but are not reminded.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong added: there are units that have not fully implemented the monitoring program, the quality of monitoring is still limited; many units have not worked with mass organizations periodically;... Thereby, the head of the Party Committee of the Bloc requested that the grassroots party organizations under their management, if these limitations still exist, must have a plan to overcome them.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc awarded Certificates of Merit to 7 grassroots party organizations achieving "Outstanding clean and strong" in 2016; 2 party cells achieving "Outstanding clean and strong" for 5 consecutive years (2012-2016); 6 party members "Outstandingly completing tasks" for 5 consecutive years (2012-2016); 8 collectives with outstanding achievements in inspection and supervision work in 2016; 8 individuals with outstanding achievements in reporting activities in 2016.
