(Baonghean.vn) - At 10:00 AM on April 23rd, the Hong Son Ward Police (Vinh City) investigated and arrested Nguyen Xuan Hung (born 1973), Nguyen Gia Hung (born 1974), and Tran Vinh Quang (born 1973), all three residing in Quang Tien Hamlet, Vinh Tan Ward, Vinh City, for gambling.

The suspects were gambling through football betting with a total bet of 5 million VND. The police confiscated 3 mobile phones and 1,270,000 VND. Currently, Vinh City Police are continuing to expand the investigation.
