After 4 matches of the first leg of the 2020 National U15 Football Championship Qualifiers,U15 SLNAwon all 4 matches, leading Group B with 12 points. The 5th match took place on September 29 at Vinh Stadium, coach Nguyen Van Vinh and his team played against U15 Hong Linh Ha Tinh.
With home advantage and a focused playing spirit, U15 SLNA quickly took the lead from a close-range goal by The Quang. After conceding the goal, U15 Hong Linh Ha Tinh tried hard to find an equalizer but the first half still ended with a score of 1-0 in favor of the home team.

In the remaining match of Group B, U15 Thanh Hoa defeated U15 Thua Thien - Hue with a score of 1-0. Thus, after 5 matches of the qualifying round, U15 SLNA continues to lead Group B with 15 absolute points, scoring 12 goals/1 goal conceded.
The next positions are U15 SHB Da Nang (9 points), U15 Thanh Hoa (9 points), U15 Thua Thien - Hue (3) and Hong Linh Ha Tinh who have not scored any points. In the next match, U15 SLNA will play Thua Thien - Hue again on October 1, meet SHB Da Nang on October 7 and close the qualifying round on October 9 against Thanh Hoa.
