Gua Sha is a traditional herbal remedy passed down through generations, helping the body quickly recover health and ward off illness.

Massage the back with a cupping therapy device.

Primarily uses both hands. Consists of 5 movements.

Apply ginger juice to your fingertips or your entire palm and gently rub it all over your back, then gradually increase the pressure to warm your back.

Stroke both sides of the spine from the nape of the neck down to the lower back, then from the spine across both sides along the ribs. Next, use a slice of fresh ginger to gently rub both sides of the spine and ribs until the skin turns red. The patient should feel warmth and comfort in their back; this is a good sign.

Skin rolling and shoulder massage: Roll from the bottom up, from the middle, from both sides up to the shoulders, using both hands to gently, moderately, or firmly massage depending on the patient's tolerance. This helps to relax muscles, warm the back, detoxify, and reduce pain.

Massage the muscles on both sides of the spine: straighten your fingers, use the wrist bone of your palm to gently press and massage the muscles in a circular, spiral motion, continuously moving from the bottom up to the shoulders. Effect: relaxes muscles, relieves pain.

Gently massage along the spine and lower back: lightly and evenly massage the entire back, stimulating the bone marrow and brain, relaxing tendons and ligaments, stimulating nerves, increasing the body's resistance, and fighting disease. Finally, return to step 1 and massage the entire back to relax the body.
