Fishing by the river, chasing and catching a "giant" cobra
(Baonghean.vn) - A cobra over 2 meters long and weighing nearly 3 kg was chased and caught by Mr. Hoa while fishing on the river.
Accordingly, at around 2:00 p.m. on April 26, Mr. Vo Khanh Hoa, residing in Thuong Khanh village, Nghia Khanh commune, Nghia Dan district (Nghe An) went fishing on the Hieu river when he encountered a "giant" cobra swimming across the river. After a while of chasing, Mr. Hoa captured it.

According to observations, the snake is brown from the back half of its body to the tip of its tail, with uneven black lines running across its abdomen, its head is gray-brown, and its belly is yellow.
Mr. Hoa said this was the first time he had caught such a big cobra. The snake weighed nearly 3 kg and was more than 2 meters long./.
