(Baonghean.vn) - At 7:30 PM on May 11th, due to a family dispute, Mr. Nguyen Huy Ha (born in 1976, residing in Hamlet 1, Nghi Lien Commune, Vinh City) and his wife argued and fought. When Mr. Hoang Ba Ly (born in 1972, a neighbor) intervened, Nguyen Huy Ha used a tobacco pipe to hit him on the head, causing injuries that required him to be taken to Nghe An General Hospital for emergency treatment.

Currently, the Vinh City Police are conducting an investigation and handling the case according to the law.
