(Baonghean.vn) - At 8 PM on August 27th, in Sa Nam Hamlet, Nam Dan town, Tran Van Binh (born in 1981, residing in Sa Nam Hamlet) used an iron pipe to beat Nguyen Trong Quy (born in 1973, residing at the same address), causing a broken arm, lacerations to the scalp, and other injuries.

Currently, the Nam Dan District Police have investigated and arrested Binh to be prosecuted according to the law.
