List of 20 outstanding individuals in the field of Science and Technology honored by Nghe An province in 2023

Nghe An province will organize the Nghe An Open Innovation Startup Festival 2023 (Techfest Nghe An open 2023) on October 12 and 13.
Mr. Nguyen Quy Linh - Director of Nghe An Department of Science and Technology said: In this year's series of events, Nghe An province will honor 20 individuals with outstanding achievements in the field of science and technology, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.
Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW dated July 18, 2023 of the Politburo on building and developing Nghe An province until 2023, with a vision to 2045, clearly states that one of the nine tasks and solutions is to "promote economic restructuring associated with growth model innovation in the direction of mainly relying on science and technology, innovation, creativity and digital transformation, developing green economy, circular economy; developing Nghe An to become the center of the North Central region in trade, logistics, industry and high-tech agriculture".
Organizing Techfest Nghe An Open in 2023 and honoring outstanding individuals in the field of science and technology will contribute to motivating and spreading the spirit of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial spirit in every citizen; creating a culture of entrepreneurship, as well as research, application, and development of science and technology in Nghe An.
On August 21, authorized by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, the Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, Le Hong Vinh, signed Decision No. 2569/QD-UBND to award Certificates of Merit of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province to 20 individuals including:

3. Mr. Tran Tat Thang - Director of Nghe An Eye Hospital;
