At the first Conference,Executive Committee of the Provincial Federation of LaborThe Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation, term XIX, consisting of 15 comrades, was elected; Comrade Kha Van Tam - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, term XIX, 2023 - 2028.
The Executive Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation elected comrades Nguyen Chi Cong, Nguyen Thi Thu Nhi, and Thai Minh Sy to hold the position of Vice Presidents of the 19th Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation.
The 19th Provincial Federation of Labor Inspection Committee was elected, consisting of 9 comrades; Comrade Nguyen Duc Hung - Standing Committee member, was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the 19th Provincial Federation of Labor Inspection Committee.
The Congress also elected the Delegation of Nghe An Provincial Trade Union, including 12 official delegates and 3 alternate delegates to attend the 13th Congress of Vietnam Trade Union.
