On the morning of March 26, at the Youth Activity Center of Nghe An province (Cua Lo town), the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union held a ceremony to honor outstanding young party members; honor exemplary young cadres, civil servants and public employees; award the Ly Tu Trong Award in 2022; and celebrate the 91st anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2022).
