Drive truck to brother's farm to steal 8 buffaloes at night
On the morning of December 15, Ky Anh District Police (Ha Tinh) said that this unit is completing the file to prosecute the subject who used a truck to go to a farm to steal 8 buffaloes.
Major Vo Chau Tuan said that the unit had just arrested Hoang Nhat Hung (born in 1982, in Bac Son village, Ky Phong commune) for stealing 8 buffaloes, worth about 400 million VND.
Accordingly, on the night of November 14 to 15, the farm of Mr. Hoang Nhat Quy (born in 1971, residing in Bac Son village, Ky Phong commune, Ky Anh district) had 8 buffaloes stolen.
After a month of synchronously implementing professional measures, by December 13, Ky Anh District Police had clarified the case and arrested Hoang Nhat Hung.

At the Ky Anh District Police Station, Hung confessed: On the morning of November 14, Hung contacted Duong Dinh Hai (born 1965), residing in Xuan Lam Commune, Nam Dan District (Nghe An) to bring car with license plate 37N 1914 to transport buffalo.
Specifically, in the early morning of November 15, Hai and Hung drove a car into Mr. Quy's farm (Hung's brother - PV) to steal 8 buffaloes and then brought them back to Banh Trong Linh's house (Xuan Lam commune) to hide.
In Xuan Lam commune, Hung and Linh exchanged 6 buffaloes with families in the commune and then transported these 6 buffaloes and 2 buffaloes of Mr. Quy to Ha Giang province for consumption.
It is known that Hoang Nhat Hung had just completed a 4-year prison term for gambling; just after being released from prison, Hung went to trade buffalo and cows with Mr. Quy for a while, then split up to do his own thing.
Ky Anh District Police seized 6 buffaloes and 1 truck, and completed the case file to handle the subjects according to the law.
