There have been many rumors that Craig is ready to give up the character of super spy James Bond, although there has been no official confirmation from him or the film crew.
SheetDaily MailThere has been no movement in negotiations between Craig and MGM Studios for the next film, according to reports.
But according to a source, MGM Studios has offered Craig a huge salary to reprise his role in the film. There are also rumors that Sony Pictures is ready to pay him $150 million to reprise the role of 007 in the new film, but Craig has not responded yet.

MGM is reportedly planning to release the 25th Bond film in October 2018.
Craig’s past statements have led to speculation about a possible return. In a 2015 interview with TimeOut, Craig said he would rather “smash a window and slit my wrists” than do a new Bond film.
“No, not now. I'm tired of the James Bond character,” Craig said.
But in a recent statement, Craig expressed interest in returning to the super spy character.
“Playing James, I have the best job in the world. If I stopped playing the character, I would miss it terribly. I love this job,” Craig was quoted by the Independent at the New York Film Festival.
