Authorities are examining and handling 50 cluster bombs under the foundation of the An Nhon Town People's Procuracy headquarters.

Captain Nguyen Van Hung (Staff Department of Binh Dinh Provincial Military Command) said that the unit is reviewing and handling 50 cluster bombs under the foundation of the People's Procuracy headquarters (VKSND) of An Nhon town (Binh Dinh).

Mr. Hung added that the area where the bombs were found was about 140 square meters. In this area, when workers dug on the surface, they discovered 50 rusted bombs. It is possible that there will be more explosives.

"Currently, the unit is searching and checking the surrounding area to block off and handle the situation, to avoid any risks," said Mr. Hung.

Immediately after discovering the incident, the authorities requested to stop digging the foundation and informed the Military Command of An Nhon town and the Military Command of Binh Dinh province to handle the matter.
