Knocked down a woman and stole a SH motorbike.

Rushing out to block the SH motorbike, Phuong knocked down the driver, stole the motorbike and escaped in the middle of the road.

On November 22, Ha Long City Police (Quang Ninh) are detaining Tran Anh Phuong (25 years old) to investigate the act of robbery.

According to the investigation agency, at around 5:20 p.m. on November 20, Ms. Pham Thi The (43 years old) was riding a SH motorbike in Zone 5, Ha Trung Ward when Phuong rushed out from the roadside to block her way. Phuong knocked her down and stole her motorbike.

The police got involved and Phuong's whereabouts were discovered shortly after.
