Meet customers' needs for clean water

(Baonghean) -Vinh Suburban Water Supply Enterprise (Nghe An Water Supply Joint Stock Company) is responsible for producing and supplying clean water to Nam Dan, Hung Nguyen, Nghi Loc districts, suburban communes of Vinh city and industrial parks. Thanks to large-capacity, modern water supply stations and innovation in management, investment and development of water supply systems, the Enterprise always promptly meets customers' needs for clean water.

Along with exploiting clean water from Vinh Suburban Water Plant (in Nam Giang Commune - Nam Dan) with a capacity of 20,000 m3/day to serve customers in the area and industrial parks, Vinh Suburban Water Supply Enterprise also manages and operates Hung Nguyen Water Supply Station and Nam Dan Water Supply Station. These are water supply stations with modern water production technology, clean water meeting the standards of the Ministry of Health.

Mr. Tran Van Thang - Head of Hung Nguyen Water Supply Station said: "Hung Nguyen Water Supply Station previously had a capacity of only 600 m3/day, but in 2015, the project was completed to upgrade to 5,000 m3/day with modern technology and equipment, thereby meeting the clean water needs of the people of Hung Nguyen town and neighboring areas." Along with investing in the construction of the Water Supply Station, when implementing the project, we also invested in developing the water supply pipeline system in Hung Nguyen town, so it is very convenient for customer development. On the basis of the pipeline system, Hung Nguyen Water Supply Station has developed a number of new routes to serve the neighboring people of Hung Dao and Hung Chinh communes...

Currently, Hung Nguyen Water Supply Station has more than 3,465 customers using clean water and the Station is actively mobilizing organizations and people in the area to develop a water supply pipeline system to serve the people. The unit has supported Hung Chinh commune - Vinh city to set up a project to provide people and parishioners of hamlet 7, Hung Chinh commune in building a level 3 pipeline network. Up to now, the construction of the level 3 pipeline network has been completed and will be connected to about 70 customers who are parishioners of hamlet 7, Hung Chinh commune... Currently, in the residential area of ​​hamlets 1, 3, 5, 7 of Hung Chinh commune - Vinh city, the development of water supply pipelines to serve the people is also being implemented.

At Nam Dan Water Supply Station, modern equipment and production technology are also invested, clean water meets the standards of the Ministry of Health and with an operating capacity of 2,000 m3/day, not only meeting the clean water needs of Nam Dan town residents but also expanding to Van Dien, Xuan Hoa and Nam Thanh communes. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Loc - Station Manager of Nam Dan Water Supply Station said: Along with 3,400 customers using clean water, the Station is currently actively mobilizing localities and people to develop the water supply pipeline network and with a focus on customer service, more and more households are using clean water, thereby promoting the operating capacity of the Clean Water Supply Station.

Due to the investment in the Vinh Suburban Water Plant project with a capacity of 20,000 m3/day, Nghi Loc did not build a water supply station, but used clean water supplied from the Vinh Suburban Water Plant. Accordingly, the pipeline network system was invested in a very synchronous manner with a length of hundreds of kilometers (including level 1, level 2 and level 3 pipelines), providing clean water for 10 communes and towns of Nghi Loc district, namely Quan Hanh, Nghi Long, Nghi Trung, Nghi Van, Nghi Thuan, Nghi Hoa, Nghi Truong, Nghi Xa towns... At the same time, it also supplies water to VSIP Industrial Park, Nam Cam Industrial Park, Cua Lo Town and participates in supplying clean water for Vinh City.

In recent times, thanks to the innovation in management, the improvement of production capacity, the promotion of the capacity of water supply stations and the strengthening of the development of the water pipe network system... Vinh Suburban Water Supply Enterprise has always fulfilled its assigned tasks. In the first 8 months of 2017, the Enterprise consumed more than 2.1 million m3 of clean water and installed and developed 1,500 more customers (currently there are a total of 20,362 customers using clean water).

Mr. Le Duc Thang - Director of Vinh City Suburban Water Supply Enterprise said: "With the timely attention and support of Nghe An Water Supply Joint Stock Company, relevant levels and sectors, the Enterprise has overcome difficulties in organizing 24/24h continuous water supply operations at Nam Dan Water Supply Station, Hung Nguyen and Vinh Suburban areas, ensuring water quantity and quality according to the standards of the Ministry of Health QCVN 01: 2009/BYT".
