(Baonghean.vn) -Having fought, built, and grown alongside the national border guard forces for 55 years, the Nghe An Border Guard Command has always upheld the traditions of its heroic Soviet homeland, constantly striving in all aspects and achieving many outstanding accomplishments. The Nghe An Border Guard Command has been awarded the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces twice by the Party and the State (in 1979 and 2013).
For a long time, the image of the border guard soldier, the "military teacher," the "military doctor," and the "cultural propaganda soldier in a military uniform"... has won the affection, trust, and love of the people of ethnic minorities in border areas.
