Vietnam's mark in the hearts of international friends at the 2023 Humanitarian Journalism Festival
Speaking at the introduction of the Vietnam booth organized by Nhan Dan Newspaper at the 2023 Humanitarian Newspaper Festival, Editor-in-Chief of Humanitarian Newspaper Fabien Gay affirmed that Vietnam's mark is very important and increasingly prominent in the festival of French and international communists and working people.
From September 15 to 17, the Nhan Dan Newspaper delegation, led by Editor-in-Chief Le Quoc Minh, participated in activities and organized an exhibition booth at the 88th Humanitarian Newspaper Festival held in the city of Plessis-Pâté, Essonne province, south of Paris.
This is the biggest festival of French communists taking place every September, attracting the participation of many working people in France and friends from many countries around the world.

Speaking at the introduction of the Vietnam exhibition booth, comrade Le Quoc Minh, member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, President of the Vietnam Journalists Association, highly appreciated the values of the press conference that have been continued through many generations, not only to promote the tradition of French communists and working people but also to demonstrate the spirit of friendship and international solidarity for peace.
Editor-in-Chief Le Quoc Minh said that, like previous years, Nhan Dan Newspaper strives to organize a rich and solemn exhibition booth at the Humanitarian Newspaper Festival to introduce Vietnam's outstanding achievements on the path of development and international integration, emphasizing the good feelings, support and effective cooperation of friends in France and around the world.

According to Editor-in-Chief Le Quoc Minh, attending the Humanitarian Press Festival is also an opportunity for Nhan Dan Newspaper to learn from experience to expand the Spring Press Festival in Vietnam with many diverse and rich activities, thereby being able to better perform the task of propagating the Party and State's guidelines, lines and policies to the people, especially the youth.
Expressing his wish that Nhan Dan and Nhan Dao newspapers would increase exchanges and learn from each other more for mutual development, Editor-in-Chief Le Quoc Minh affirmed that Nhan Dan Newspaper will organize more diverse exhibition booths in next year's press conference.
On this occasion, Editor-in-Chief Le Quoc Minh expressed his gratitude for the valuable affection and support of French and international friends for the Vietnamese people in the past and present.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the press conference, comrade Fabien Gay, Senator, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dao newspaper, highly appreciated the companionship of the Communist Party of Vietnam with the representative of Nhan Dan newspaper at each press conference, demonstrating the solidarity, attachment and loyalty between Vietnamese communists and people with French communists and people.
Comrade Fabien Gay emphasized: We are very happy to see that the Vietnamese exhibition booth is increasingly rich, truly outstanding in the International Zone and has left important impressions in the hearts of French and international friends.
Expressing his confidence in the strong development and innovation steps in the coming time of Vietnam, including Nhan Dan Newspaper, comrade Fabien wished to share experiences with Nhan Dan Newspaper in press activities as well as organizing a press conference with a rich form and scale like Nhan Dao Newspaper to further enhance the role of the Party newspaper.


Referring to the solidarity, friendship and cooperation between the two countries, Vietnamese Ambassador to France Dinh Toan Thang said that this year's Humanitarian Press Conference takes place on a very special occasion, commemorating 50 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries, 10 years of strategic partnership and 50 years of signing the Paris Agreement on ending the war and restoring peace in Vietnam. These historical milestones mark the precious sentiments and support of French communists and peace-loving friends for the just struggle of the Vietnamese people to regain independence and unify the Fatherland.


During the three-day press conference, many rallies, seminars, forums, exchanges and discussions on current issues in France, in Europe and around the world were held with the participation of many experts and politicians. In addition, there were many cultural exchange activities between countries around the world.
Participating in activities at the exhibition booth organized by Nhan Dan Newspaper at the 88th Humanitarian Newspaper Festival were Vietnamese representative agencies in France, overseas Vietnamese and students to introduce Vietnam's developments in many fields to French and international friends.
