- Difficulty sleeping, sleeping little, waking up early or sleeping a lot.

- Feeling tired or loss of energy, loss of vitality, lethargy.

- Loss of appetite, eating too little or too much; loss of pleasure, interest or pleasure in activities, work or recreation.

- Feeling sad, depressed or upset.

- Thoughts of discouragement, giving up, abandoning yourself or your family, thoughts of self-deprecation or self-blame.
