Signs of a crystal meth addict
Droopy eyes, smelly sweat, frequent nosebleeds, weight loss, skin ulcers... are symptoms of crystal meth addiction.
People who use crystal meth often face hallucinations, cognitive disorders, and severe agitation. Some people climb trees, electric poles, cut off their own limbs, and crawl into sewers... Many people high on crystal meth believe that someone wants to harm them, so they commit acts that endanger those around them.
Methamphetamine addicts often exhibit signs that can be recognized with the naked eye:

Rolling eyes and dilated pupils
According toHealthy Place, the methamphetamine component in crystal meth causes addicts to have dilated pupils and constantly rolling eyes.
Wrinkled and ulcerated skin
Blood vessels in the body of long-term addicts gradually shrink, white blood cells die, causing the skin to wrinkle, lose elasticity, become vulnerable, ulcerated and develop acne.
Rapid weight loss
Methamphetamine directly attacks the central nervous system, releasing adrenaline and dopamine (excitement hormones) 15 times higher than normal. Addicts do not feel hungry and can fast for many days, causing the body to become thin and lose weight quickly.
Sweat smells like urine
Not eating for a long time causes the addict's body to lack energy to excrete waste. From there, ammonia is excreted through the skin, causing sweat to secrete more and smell like urine.
Bad breath
Ingredients in crystal meth, including anhydrous ammonia, red phosphorus (in matches), and lithium (in batteries), can damage tooth enamel, cause dry mouth, and reduce saliva production. Without saliva, the body is susceptible to tooth decay, gingivitis, and bad breath.
Frequent nosebleeds
Snorting crystal meth or methamphetamine can erode the inner lining of the nose. This repeated process can lead to frequent nosebleeds or burns to the skin.
Dark circles under eyes are obvious
Methamphetamine completely destroys the brain's dopamine (happy hormone) secretion. People high on methamphetamine may not feel sleepy for more than a week. Dark circles and bags under the eyes appear clearly.
"Crawling ants" illusion
One of the hallucinations that meth causes users is the "crawling ants" syndrome. They constantly feel itchy, ticklish and imagine that there are many bugs and ants crawling under their skin. People high on meth will scratch their heads, pull their hair, and scratch continuously, causing their skin to become ulcerated and bleed.
