Investing 11 billion VND to build a non-burnt brick factory in western Nghe An

(Baonghean.vn) - Dai Nam Mineral Exploitation and Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company in Tam Dinh Commune, Tuong Duong District has invested in a high-tech unburnt brick factory that meets quality standards.

In 2017, Dai Nam Mineral Exploitation and Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company in Tam Dinh Commune, Tuong Duong District put a high-tech unburnt brick factory into operation, meeting the demand for construction bricks meeting quality standards for the districts of Western Nghe An.

Mr. Nguyen Van Nam - Director of Dai Nam Mineral Exploitation and Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company said: The factory has been operating since March 2017, with a total investment value of more than 11 billion VND. Imported technology line with a capacity of up to 35 million tablets/year.

The production line is designed with a modern and complete level of automation, from the material feeding stage, the mixing system, the raw material conveyor and the hydraulic vibrating press. The products are solid bricks, 2-hole bricks, 3-hole bricks, 6-hole bricks. The capacity reaches 29 bricks/15 seconds.

Mr. Nam added: The advantage here is the available raw materials such as crushed stone available right at the quarry area. Unburnt bricks have high compressive strength, smooth surface, so very little mortar and plaster is used, saving costs, reducing construction costs, high construction life, and good resistance to harsh weather conditions.

Unburnt bricks have more advantages than burnt bricks in that they save resources, do not take up land, and reduce emissions that pollute the environment.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hai - Chairman of Tuong Duong District People's Committee added: In order for unburnt bricks to be used in construction projects in the area, the district is guiding the Company to fully implement quality registration procedures, ensuring standards in the list of construction materials participating in construction projects in Tuong Duong district and western districts of Nghe An.

With the outstanding advantages of unburnt bricks, along with investment in production lines, Dai Nam Mineral Exploitation and Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company is coordinating with all levels of industry to promote propaganda and promotion for the mass use of unburnt bricks. The unit is also promoting the exploitation of the potential market of unburnt bricks in Laos.
