Investing in 8 transformer stations and 3 water projects for Nghe An industrial parks
(Baonghean.vn) - According to the 2017 - 2020 plan, the electricity industry will invest in 8 110KV transformer stations and 110KV lines in Nghe An's industrial parks.
According to the project to develop power supply infrastructure in Nghe An province approved in Decision No. 4240, phase 2017 - 2020, the Electricity industry will invest in the construction of 8 110KV transformer stations and 110KV lines in industrial parks (IPs): Nam Cam, Dong Hoi, Tho Loc, VSIP Industrial Park, Nghia Dan, Hoang Mai I, II and Nghi Thiet Port.

Regarding the water supply and drainage system serving industrial parks in Nghe An: According to the plan, in the period of 2017 - 2018, 4 water supply projects will be implemented, including: Hoang Mai town water supply system (capacity of 80,000m3/day and night, phase 30,000m3/day and night); Water supply pipeline from N5 road - Southeast Economic Zone to the connection point serving Hemaraj Industrial Park in Area A, Nam Cam Industrial Park (4km long); Water supply pipeline from N5 road (section 1) to Area D, Nam Cam Industrial Park and to Cua Lo deep-water port via D4 road (20km long); The project of the Northern Water Plant of Southeast Economic Zone (capacity of 17,000m3/day and night) will be implemented in 2020.
Up to now, Nghe An has completed a 28km long water supply pipeline from Cau Bach Water Plant to N5 Road - Dong Nam Economic Zone, with a total investment of 46.1 billion VND (ODA capital from Finland); is continuing to implement the clean water supply system project in Hoang Mai town with a capacity of 80,000 m3/day and night, with a total investment of 950 billion VND to serve Hoang Mai Industrial Park and Dong Hoi Industrial Park.

Mr. Vo Van Hai - Head of the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board said: After 2 years of implementing the Economic Zone Infrastructure Development Plan, the Industrial Parks, in addition to the electricity and water supply systems, have been invested in according to the plan of the electricity industry and water supply companies according to the actual needs of investors to serve customers.
The Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone has proactively mobilized capital sources to implement planning, invest in essential traffic infrastructure, seaport systems and infrastructure of industrial parks inside and outside the Southeast Economic Zone, initially meeting the demand for attracting investors to invest in activities.
Currently completing phase 1 of essential traffic routes of Southeast Economic Zone N2, N5 and D4; attracting investors to build and operate VSIP infrastructure, Hemaraj is speeding up the progress of infrastructure construction to create clean land funds to serve the needs of attracting domestic and foreign investment projects.
