'Giant' production line at Do Luong Tunnel Brick Factory

(Baonghean.vn) - To meet the market demand for high-quality construction brick and tile products in Nghe An province in the coming years, Do Luong Tunnel Brick Enterprise has invested heavily in modern production lines to improve the quality and diversify brick products.

This technology allows strong shaping, automatic mixing of raw materials by electronic belt scale, grinding of raw materials, soaking and fermenting in the fermenting tank; pressing and shaping of products by extruder with pressure up to 4.4 Mpa, automation of machinery and equipment management, using brick picking robots to replace manual labor.

In addition, the new production line applies the most modern 4.2m system, PLC automation, automatic monitoring and adjustment of pressure, temperature of drying tunnel kiln, automatic coal sprinkling, absolutely ensuring product quality.

With a newly invested synchronous production line system, in addition to conventional construction brick products, the factory will produce high-class decorative brick products such as heat-resistant bricks, soundproof bricks that are being used in advanced countries and all products meet Vietnam's national standards, ensuring ecological safety.

According to Mr. Tran Ngoc Ha - Director of Do Luong Tunnel Brick Factory, after 60 days of installation and trial operation, the factory will produce its first products.
