Promote the settlement of investment capital for projects

(Baonghean) - Implementing Directive 27/CT-TTg dated December 27, 2013 of the Prime Minister on strengthening and promoting the settlement of investment capital for completed projects using state capital in Nghe An, on April 25, 2014, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 1738/QD-UBND promulgating the implementation plan.

According to the plan, the Provincial People's Committee requests relevant sectors, levels and units: investors, project management boards; Department of Finance; Department of Planning and Investment; Provincial Treasury, State Treasury of districts, cities and towns; Department of Home Affairs, Provincial Emulation and Reward Board; Provincial Inspectorate; Department of Construction; directors of departments, branches and sectors; chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities and towns; Office of the Provincial People's Committee, Nghe An Newspaper, Provincial Radio and Television Station to specifically determine the content of work, progress, completion time and responsibilities of relevant agencies, organizations, units and individuals; sanctions for violations in the implementation of Directive No. 27/CT-TTg dated December 27, 2013 of the Prime Minister. Closely coordinate with agencies, organizations and individuals in the process of implementing Directive 27/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister on strengthening and promoting the settlement of investment capital for completed projects using state capital in the province.

The Decision takes effect from April 25, 2014.
