Strengthening propaganda and dissemination of the Law on Persons with Disabilities in the community
(Baonghean.vn) - That is the main content of the Action Month for People with Disabilities organized by the Provincial Association for the Protection of People with Disabilities and Orphans on the morning of February 28.
Nghe An currently has 220,000 people with disabilities and orphans, most of whom are poor and need the attention and help of the whole society to improve their lives. Implementing the Action Month for People with Disabilities and Orphans aims to promote the community's responsibility to help people with disabilities and orphans, and at the same time create opportunities for people with disabilities and orphans to improve and reintegrate into the community.

In 2019, the Association for the Support of People with Disabilities and Orphans of Nghe An province mobilized over 16.4 billion VND in cash and in kind, implementing assistance programs for over 68,000 people with disabilities and orphans.
