The Standing Committee also held several conferences to gather feedback on the Constitution from experts, scientists, and internal staff of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council. The Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Council Committees also implemented key tasks within the functions and duties of the Provincial People's Council, as well as improving the quality, responsibility, position, and role of the elected representative body. They also organized the Tet Tree Planting Festival in remembrance of President Ho Chi Minh.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Dinh Thi Le Thanh requested that the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee closely coordinate with the Standing Committee and the Committees of the Provincial People's Council to successfully organize the 7th session of the 16th Provincial People's Council (this is a specialized session on gathering opinions on amending the 1992 Constitution), scheduled for March 6, 2013; and to coordinate and urge all levels and sectors to accelerate the resolution of complaints, denunciations, and feedback and recommendations from voters. Regarding the Standing Committee and the Committees of the Provincial People's Council, in addition to their regular duties, they should focus on preparing for and conducting planned supervision and surveys, with the Standing Committee specifically monitoring the implementation of planning and resettlement for hydropower projects in the province. They should also strengthen propaganda efforts and encourage all segments of the population to participate in emulation campaigns in learning and production, creating positive results in the first months of the year.
