Strengthening propaganda for elections of deputies to the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels

Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department - the standing agency of the Provincial Election Propaganda Subcommittee - requested units and localities to continue to promote propaganda work before, during and after the election of delegates.The 15th National Assembly and People's Council delegates at all levelsterm 2021 - 2026 according to Instruction No. 08-HD/BTGTU, dated January 25, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Plan No. 05-KH/TBTT, dated February 24, 2021 of the Propaganda Subcommittee, Nghe An Provincial Election Committee. Organize visual propaganda, hang Party flags, national flags, banners, slogans, billboards, posters, propaganda paintings, with a peak from April 10, 2021 to May 25, 2021, focusing on National Highway 1A, National Highway 48, National Highway 46, National Highway 7, Vinh city; in front of the gates of agencies, units, enterprises; cultural houses of blocks, hamlets, villages; election locations.

At the same time, organize propaganda, cultural, artistic and information activities with the theme of good people, good deeds, exercising the rights and obligations of voters; the election process, the exciting atmosphere and trust of voters and people on election day, May 23, 2021.

In addition, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department proposed to organize election propaganda on the grassroots radio system in communes, wards and towns. Provincial departments, branches, sectors, mass organizations, localities, agencies and units should post and share news and articles promoting election activities on the website and social networks of the management unit; mobilize cadres and party members to actively propagate, post and share information about the election on personal websites (Facebook, Zalo, Youtube, Lotus, Mocha, VCNET...); strengthen inspection, supervision, grasp the ideological situation of cadres, party members and people, promptly handle incidents arising at the grassroots level, and focus on fighting and refuting wrong and hostile viewpoints and information, taking advantage of the election organization process to distort and sabotage the Party and State's guidelines and policies.

Provincial press agencies: Open special pages, columns, and topics on the election; prioritize the volume and duration of news, articles, interviews, and in-depth reports on some basic points in the 2013 Constitution, the Law on Election of National Assembly and People's Council Deputies; introduce the standards for National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels; disseminate information about election activities, introduce the list of candidates, biographies of candidates; voters' opinions; voters' rights and obligations; direct the whole society's attention to the upcoming especially important political event.
