Propaganda to change awareness of safe production
In addition to the comprehensive coordination, at the meeting, some delegates also pointed out some limitations in coordination. It emerged that some provincial departments and branches, and local authorities have not really paid attention to two-way information coordination as well as creating conditions for the Associations at all levels to participate in implementing socio-economic development programs and projects, and have not promptly resolved the legitimate recommendations of farmers through the Associations at all levels.
Coordination of propaganda to raise awareness and change farmers' behavior on food safety and hygiene issues, and building value chains in production is still limited...
Regarding the key coordination content in 2020, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu emphasized: Developing agriculture, rural areas, and farmers is a major policy of the Party, the State and the responsibility of the entire political system, in which the Farmers' Association plays a very important role, because the Farmers' Association is the organization closest to and understands farmers the most, and is also the organization that effectively implements contents related to agriculture, rural areas, and farmers.
