Accelerate disbursement of public investment capital and construction progress of key projects and works

In the conclusion of the regular meeting of the Provincial People's Committee in August, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches, localities, and investors to: Continue to perform tasks related to urging the disbursement of public investment capital, especially assigning leaders to directly monitor the disbursement progress for each project in order to promptly handle problems and difficulties to achieve the target of disbursing public investment capital in 2022. Specifically:

* Department of Planning and Investment:

+ Advise on organizing a provincial-level conference on the implementation and disbursement of the public investment plan for the first 9 months of 2022; review, clarify the causes and propose specific solutions for each project to ensure disbursement as required.

+ Organize a number of inspection teams to monitor progress at units with disbursement rates below the provincial average.

* Departments and branches: Agriculture and Rural Development, Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Ethnic Minorities Committee urgently speed up the implementation progress of 3 National Target Programs; especially must complete the capital allocation work for each project category before September 10, 2022.

* Departments of Construction, Transport, Agriculture and Rural Development and related units shorten the time to process investment and construction procedures to keep up with project progress.
