Localities mobilize all forces to participate in vaccination, including public and private health care, hospitals, medical examination and treatment facilities, health care sectors, etc.; organize vaccination at fixed facilities and many mobile vaccination points in residential areas, agencies, units, etc.

Arrange for full-time vaccination staff and support staff to work throughout the vaccination campaign.

There is no limit on the number of people vaccinated in each vaccination session, maximizing the capacity of vaccination sites.

Consider vaccination a priority and urgent task

The Ministry of Health noted that localities should guide people to fill out the vaccination consent form and screening form on the Electronic Health Record platform or on paper, make medical declarations; notify the time and place of vaccination so that people can participate fully, on time and not gather in large numbers at one time; and arrange appropriate post-vaccination monitoring time.

Those in the group that need to delay vaccination should continue to be monitored and arranged for vaccination as soon as possible when conditions permit. Those in the group that need to be cautious when getting vaccinated can be vaccinated at all fixed and mobile vaccination facilities, and are not required to be vaccinated at hospitals or treatment facilities.

Continue to promote the application of the Electronic Health Record platform to manage and monitor vaccination progress.

The Ministry of Health requested the Chairmen of the People's Committees of provinces and cities to consider and decide on the form of vaccination organization and implementation in accordance with the epidemic situation and consider vaccination work as a priority and urgent task in the current situation./.
