However, the construction volume has only reached about 15%, much slower than the set schedule due to many problems in site clearance. Some households in Cua Nam and Quang Trung Doi Cung wards have not agreed with the compensation plan.

The city has currently arranged 100 resettlement lots in Quan Bau for households.

To separate domestic wastewater from residential areas outside from flowing into the ditch around the Citadel, the project will build along the length of the ditch around the Citadel a sewer line with a diameter of DN300-D800 to collect wastewater to a newly built wastewater pumping station with a capacity of 3,100 m3/day/night at Cua Nam Lake.
