Speed ​​up the progress of site clearance for the construction of the North-South railway overpass

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 14, 2014, Vinh City People's Committee organized a working session between the City's Compensation and Site Clearance Council, the investor and relevant parties to speed up the progress of site clearance for the construction of the railway overpass at the intersection of National Highway 46.

The construction project at Km 321 + 333 has a total length of 712m, is an urgent project of the province and the transport sector, the project implementation progress is 18 months, expected to be technically opened to traffic by September 2 and handed over for operation by February 31, 2015.

In order to meet the urgent construction progress of the project, to serve the construction work continuously and safely, the Compensation Council for Land Acquisition and Clearance in coordination with the investor and property owner prioritizes the removal of obstacles in the compensation work. Currently, on the construction site, there are still points that need to be relocated such as: high voltage, medium voltage power lines, water lines and land of Vinh Nam Cooperative. At the meeting, the investor and the construction units, the affected units agreed on the time of handing over the site and the implementation roadmap, in a rolling form, to be completed by May 30 at the latest. The affected units also agreed on the location of the site to relocate public works, promptly handing over construction solutions to the City Compensation Council for Land Acquisition and Clearance to quickly implement the relocation plan.

With the requirement of project progress, to have the construction site soon, the Investor proposes to apply the disbursement method, after having the inventory and pricing while waiting for approval, the Investor mobilizes resources to advance the construction unit to relocate the works in the hot spots through the City Clearance Council. On the side of the City Clearance Council, the City Clearance Council will arrange specialized staff for the project, regularly present in a timely manner to remove obstacles.
