Project 165: Applying solutions to improve the quality of public services

The course is the concretization of the cooperation agreement between Office 165 - Central Organizing Committee with Temasek Foundation and Civil Service Training College (CSC) Singapore. There are 99 cadres who are leaders at district, department level in localities and department level in central agencies participating in the course, of which Nghe An province has 1 cadre participating.
During the 2-week period, trainees are provided with a system of knowledge, skills, and solutions to effectively implement public administrative services. The content of the training course focuses on building an information technology network and e-government in providing public services to people such as: Building a database on land; Improving the quality, time and cost of medical examination and treatment at medical facilities; Extending the time of using agricultural land to borrow capital from banks; Reforming administrative procedures for issuing official passports, etc.

By participating in this course, students will also be trained, study and conduct practical research in Singapore. In the context of Vietnam promoting administrative reform and gradually implementing the 4.0 scientific and technological revolution, the course has contributed to meeting the objective requirements. At the closing conference, student groups presented projects on public service reform in their fields of work./.
