Promoting the exemplary role of leaders of Party committees and agencies at Nghe An province level

On the afternoon of January 7, the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc held a seminar with the theme: "Responsibility of setting an example for cadres and party members in the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc".

Set an example from small, specific things

Speaking at the opening of the discussion, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies Nguyen Nam Dinh affirmed: The implementation of the responsibility of setting an example by cadres and party members, first of all the leaders at all levels and sectors in the political system, is one of the important leadership methods of the Party.

This is the focus of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in conjunction with Party building and rectification.

Setting an example for cadres and party members will contribute to leading, spreading, having a strong impact, and having practical significance in building ethics and culture in the political system and in the whole society.

Carrying out the responsibility of setting an example according to Regulation 08 of the Party Central Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee issued Regulation No. 2993 dated July 8, 2019 and at the same time assigned the Party Committee of the Agencies Bloc of Nghe An province to pilot the implementation.

The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies emphasized: Each cadre and party member must raise awareness and responsibility, set an example from small to large things, match words with actions, set a good example, spread it for everyone to follow, contributing to building a strong Party Committee of the Bloc.

At the seminar, delegates focused on discussing and clarifying a number of issues on: The implementation of registration and implementation of exemplary responsibilities of comrades leading Party committees at all levels, Party committee members at all levels, heads, professional leaders, unions, and cadres and Party members.

Effective solutions link the implementation of exemplary responsibility with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, building and rectifying the Party and regulations of superiors (performing public duties, administrative reform, observing discipline and administrative discipline; implementing grassroots democracy regulations; practicing thrift, preventing and combating corruption and waste; controlling power in personnel work, combating the abuse of positions and power, etc.)

Promote the exemplary role of leaders at all levels of Party committees and agencies

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu emphasized: The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has selected the Provincial Agencies Party Committee as one of the key units in implementing the exemplary regulations, because this is a Party Committee that manages grassroots Party organizations in provincial agencies, departments and branches, and is the place where the highest human resources, intelligence and responsibility of the locality are concentrated; if good exemplary implementation is carried out here, it will certainly be effective and have a great spreading effect in the province.

Therefore, in order for the Regulation on setting an example to become a regular practice, Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu suggested that the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and grassroots Party organizations need to strengthen political and ideological education, regularly propagate, disseminate, and implement regulations and plans for setting an example in agencies and units. The subordinate grassroots Party organizations need to develop specific plans for each of their units.

At the same time, the entire Party Committee needs to focus on implementing the regulations on setting examples in conjunction with effectively performing political tasks, administrative reform, improving public ethics and implementing the Party's lifestyle regime. At the same time, continue to launch and organize patriotic emulation movements; strengthen inspection and supervision work...

Select 8 units as typical construction sites to set an example.

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc has selected 8 units as typical examples in implementing the model, including 5 Party Committees: the Provincial People's Procuracy, the Department of Transport, the Department of Education and Training, the North Central Institute of Agricultural Science and Technology, the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department; and 3 Party cells: the Farmers' Association, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc.

Each grassroots party committee builds 1-2 typical party cells; each grassroots party committee builds 1-2 typical departments and offices; each party cell directly under the grassroots party committee builds at least 1 typical individual.
