De Ligt, the player who is making the 2019 summer transfer window very attractive with rumors related to him. Currently, there are many teams wanting the services of the Dutch player, in which the two candidates are Barcelona and PSG. The player born in 1999 is considered a "monster" with the statement "there is nothing he cannot do".
The 2018/19 season saw De Ligt explode, when he led his teammates to the Champions League semi-finals as well as winning the domestic double in the Netherlands. On the national team front, De Ligt and the Netherlands reached the UEFA Nations League final (losing to Portugal).
